To provide career planning and job seeking assistance and to guide the students of BGC at Cross Roads. The Institute has a full-fledged Training & Placement Cell headed by a full time Training & Placement Officer and backed by a Professor In-charge. The Cell is assisted by Student Coordinators who lead a team of Training & Placement representatives from various courses of study. The Training & Placement Cell ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements and hospitality for the visiting companies' officials. BGC has emerged as a hub in the state for organizing campus interviews of leading companies of the country. The thrust of the Training and Placement department is towards providing the students a platform for interaction with the corporate world and also to help improve the all-round personality of the students. These aims are achieved through lectures, workshops, seminars, information about career opportunities, aptitude tests, communication enhancement lectures, group discussions, interviews, pre-placement talks, debates, preparing professional curriculum vitae etc.
1) Training Programmes for Career Planning & Development, Job Interviews and Total Personality Development.
2) Industrial contacts and image building activities on behalf of the College.
3) Providing opportunities to the students for Industrial Training during vacation.
4) Career Information Centre - The Training & Placement Section has an Information Centre for higher studies, job opportunities, practical training etc.
